Don't tell me I'm... 半男半女? :S

You Are 60% Boyish and 40% Girlish

You are pretty evenly split down the middle - a total eunuch.
Okay, kidding about the eunuch part. But you do get along with both sexes.
You reject traditional gender roles. However, you don't actively fight them.
You're just you. You don't try to be what people expect you to be.

Advance Australia Fair

Australians all let us rejoice,
For we are young and free;
We've golden soil and wealth for toil,
Our home is girt by sea;
Our land abounds in Nature's gifts
Of beauty rich and rare;
In history's page, let every stage
Advance Australia fair!
In joyful strains then let us sing,
Advance Australia fair!

Beneath our radiant southern Cross,
We'll toil with hearts and hands;
To make this Commonwealth of ours
Renowned of all the lands;
For those who've come across the seas
We've boundless plains to share;
With courage let us all combine
To advance Australia fair.
In joyful strains then let us sing
Advance Australia fair!

Yes. I love Australia :P

Seasons Come, Seasons Go

Laziness comes, but never wants to go.
For long it has been, a new post to be seen.
Of the chilly autumn winds to the blizzard of winter's hails,
A transition between seasons, dry to wet we feel.

Unveiled here I have,
A new blog entry.
For sleeping long it has,
In the intense spine-chilling winds.

Enough of the rubbish poetry (if you consider it as one) :P Raining at a temperature of 15.8°C as i write, Perth is entering the months of winter. To talk a bit about the weather here, it is relatively dry and hot in summer but wet and cold in winter. I love the cool days during winters but there are much more things that i dislike in the midst of this season. First, as it rains non stop at such a low temperature, i would have to put on more layers of clothing = more laundry. As it rains and rains and rains non-stop, it is hard to find a day to do my laundry without quarreling with the others over who to wash and where to dry.
Next, my house is somehow uninsulated and cant trap heat. Nice in summer but freezing in winter. Turning on the gas heater will take years to heat the house while using an electrical heater will cost lotsa $$$, not to mention that we (4 of us) pay $1600 a month but we only get $100 of allowance of electricty for 2 months?? The real estate is really making money out of us poor students.

As for the past one month, nothing much interesting has happened here in the land of boredom. However there are a few "highlights" to be mentioned. First is going for a movie in Perth. The size of each cinema is gigantic, about 2 times the largest cinema in GSC. Tickets cost about $11.50, enough to watch 6 movies back in malaysia with a student card. But, they have cheap fares on Tuesdays, $6.50 tho it used to be $5.00. Here, we are free seated so if you want good seats it ïs something like the first come first serve basis. Another drawback to doing this - the Ads are super long... about 25 minutes from the start of screening time. And again the gila ang mohs with super crazy appetites who are always obviously obese yet not wanting to admit have super crazy large sizes of popcorn and soft drinks. The price for one large combo (the smallest) is a shocking $10. The size of one box or packet or watever you call it has a dimension of 15*8*6 inches. I presume the volume of soft drinks is about 1.25 L. I'll leave the size of the JUMBO combo for you to ponder. :P Oh btw, just forgot to mention that i went to watch SW3:RotS which really rots and the $6.50 i paid was not really worth it.

Next on, the school ball. Wasnt too bad an event but to me it was a little boring besides the sightings of animals from the African Safari, i.e. elephants :P It is a wonder that these animals or creatures or whatever they are found and made their way to the ball which was located next to the sea. Clad in ultra revealing and weird looking dresses they tried hard to expose their "body parts" but all i saw was a pair of beefy, exotic elephant thighs, which was my laugh for the night. It was too bad the school did not have a prize for the best dressed elephant tho i doubt they would win if they participated.

Last of all is the musical play i attended 2 days ago. Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat, another masterpiece by Andrew Llyod Webber which i have long heard of but havent had the chance to see it. It wasnt that bad considering the price i paid for, which is just $29.50, much much cheaper than in London, paying a whopping £49 for one play. The actors arent really professionals and they dont possess voices powerful ennough. But then it was still ok. Btw the orchestra's size was real small and the size of the theatre is about half the size in UK. Anyway... its not that bad that there's still a little entertainment which amuses me here, so i need not sit in front of the computer going online 24/7 like and idiot.

To wrap up things, i have an exam coming up soon in about 2 weeks time and my holidays will be after that. Yet, i am still here blogging and of late i got addicted with ROSE... My next entry will come dunno when but it will be about the seas surrounding me :P

Time to start studying and to stop thinking of what i am to do during the holidays......

A nice bloke he seemed, but a crook he is

To start of here, i'll first introduce the beings living around me. First, we have this guy from China with a tall and big build , another guy from Sarawak whom is my match. These people are quite nice, friendly and helpful. But we also have a black sheep, the rogue, thief, crook or whatever you want to call him. This menace, an Indon disrupted our peace and harmony. This nice housemate of ours contributed a lot to the house, not by donating or helping us to clean up. In fact, he helped us dirty the house with filth and dirt. As an inefficient thief, he took our biscuits, soap, washing detergent and even a whole CHUNK of meat??!! What else? He was even stupid enough to take the last two pieces of my Tim Tam and leave the box and wrappings in the fridge. Can it be deduced that all Indons are stupid?

Of late, we have his cousin over here and in fact appearances are deceiving. A nice bloke he seemed, but a crook he is. He talks with a soft tone and looks quite polite, drive a nice sports car a parks in my sight. BUT, my perception towards him changed completely yesterday. He drinks, smokes and what else he does i know not and wish not to know. The worst of them all, he has spent two nights together with this indon housemate of mine, doing what i do not know, but if they are really sleeping, how are they to sleep on a single bed which is even too small for a person?? Or could it be that the both of them are....??? i dunno :P The worst part is that they had a "smoking party" right in his room which caused the whole house to be stinking with tobacco, nicotine, carbon monoxide and whatever rubbish there is in a cigarette. It was lucky that i borrowed a can of air refreshener from my nice neighbour to spray around the house. Although i hated the smell, it was the least i could do to cover up the smoke which was many times worse. Anyway all in his "smoking party" were Indons besides his GF who's a japanese. Why do this people smoke when they know of the dangers of smoking and that a pack of cigarettes cost a whopping 10 AUD? It could be the fact that Indons are always that stupid, ridiculous, irrational, inane, dumb, dim-witted or any other word that describes them as being an idiot.

Then, I still remember during my second week here, Mr. Indon was kind enough to have his gf over for the night. What the both of them did in my room i know and maybe you would but if you dont you could. Anyway, she comes over occasionally and in his room they make a lot of noises together, disrupting our peaceful sleep (I dont sleep so early by the way so i knew what they were doing :P)

Now i have one little question in mind besides conjecturing of his (or Indon's) stupidity :P
What is his sexual orientaion?? I wonder...

p.s. I am not being racist, just that most indons I come across are just like that
